May 2019 Wales at ETC Wales were off to a great start in the Under 15s European Team Championships at Eindhoven (9 to 12 May) with straight wins against both Russia and Hungary. Wales Under 15s at Eindhoven
April 2019 Another honor for Josh Further congratulations go to Josh Davies on his selection to represent Wales in the Under 15s European Team Championships from 9 to 12 May in Eindhoven.
Jamie, Josh & Dan in Dublin To representyour country is a huge honour and three of our juniors achieved that in playing for Wales [5 - 7 April] at the Juniors 5 Nations Mixed Team Championships in Dublin. Wales Under 13s and 15s at Dublin Welsh and Proud
Easter break Our final coaching session will take place on Monday, 8 April, prior to the Easter School Holidays.
March 2019 Moreton Hall Girls excel at Nationals "I could not be prouder of my Moreton Hall Sport U5 Squash Team today: they achieved fifth place in the Plate of the England Squash KS4 National Schools Squash Championships in Nottingham, which puts us into 13th place in the country ! Not bad for our first ever Nationals and 1 hour a week of practice !" - Hannah Davies, Team Coach (21 March 2019).
Poppy's a new Level 1 Coach One of our recently qualified juniors Poppy, who took part in the Wales Squash Level 1 Coaching Award at the Club on 16 February, took on three of our beginners at the Junior Coaching session on 18 March.

Brothers win at Bethesda Congratulations to brothers, Tom and Ethan Willis on their success at the Eryri Squash Development Event, held at Bethesda on 9 March.
Moreton Hall Team into thee Plate Final The Moreton Hall Team have made it to National Schools Squash Competition Plate Finals which will be held on 21 March.

Juniors League success Despite it being Half Term, we had a great turnout for the re-arranged North - Mid Wales Juniors League at the Club on 2 March.

February 2019 Three selected to play for Wales Congratulations to three of our players on their selection to play for Wales in Dublin over the weekend 5 to 7 April.
Half Term break The Junior Coaching Programme takes a break for Half Term and starts up again on Monday, 4 March at the usual times.
Juniors League postponed The North - Mid Juniors League that was scheduled for 23 February has been put back a week to Saturday, 2 March; this due to non availability of players during Half Term week !
North Wales with the best in UK The North Wales Boys Under 17 Team finished Runners-up in the England Squash Junior Inter Counties Weekend at the impressive Nottingham University Squash Centre over 22 - 24 February.
Moreton Hall Team doing well ... The Moreton Hall Team did well at Cheltenham Girls College on 13 February, playing as part of the National Schools Squash Competition and, subject to results elsewhere, may have made it through to the Plate Final.
Introducing ... Logan At our coaching session held on 4 February, our young beginner, Kian, brought along his friend Logan ; we hope this will be the start of something good for them both as they develop their game.

One day .... ? At our regular Juniors Coaching Programme on 28 January, three of the youngsters were dreaming of one day playing for Wales - wouldn't that be great.

A busy weekend for some of our juniors The last weekend of January was a busy one for some - on Saturday we hosted the North - Mid Wales Juniors League; on Sunday it was the APC at Newtown and, on Monday, we held our regular Juniors Coaching Programme at the Club -

Dunlop British Junior Open We had juniors who train / play at the Club competing in the first major event of 2019, the Dunlop British Junior Open Tournament which took place in Birmingham from 2 to 6 January.

December 2018 Juniors Christmas Tournament Our annual festive event, the Juniors Christmas Tournament took place on 17 December.
It's Gold for Layna and Silver for brothers ... Congratulations to Club players taking who took the honours at the South Wales Junior Open over the weekend 1-2 December.
North - Mid Wales Juniors League In the final series of matches this year, we had an excellent day of competition in the North-Mid Wales Juniors League, held at Brymbo on 1 December.
Eye Protection - our Policy At the start of another season and a new Junior Coaching Programme, it is important for everyone to understand the Club's approach to Eye Protection - a policy which is also adopted by Wales Squash & Racketball (WSRB).
Child Safety & Equity The Squash Club fully supports and welcomes the work of its National Governing Body, Wales Squash & Racketball in the area of child safety and, as such, members and parents may be interested to see their Policy & Procedures in Squash Impementation Plan (July 2013) -
Equity Policy The Wrexham Brymbo Squash Club Committee is keen to ensure all matters within the Club are treated with respect and fairness and, as such, have now formally acknowledged and adopted the Wales Squash & Racketball Model Equity Policy.

Acceptable Behaviour .... Finally, all are reminded of the Club's Acceptable Behaviour Code for our Junior Members; this is particularly important when a Junior is selected to represent our Club in a match or at an Area Performance Centre (APC).
